Asia Pacific Leadership Institute program released

IABC Chair, Michael Ambjorn, will be opening the Leadership Institute.  With the goal of bringing together members to share ideas, develop leadership skills, strengthen connections, and build a stronger network across the Asia Pacific region, there are sessions to cater for the development needs of all chapters.

We already have delegates booked from Japan, India, New Zealand, Victoria, Canberra and Brisbane. Places are limited, so please register well in advance here, and help make this a success by encouraging all emerging and current leaders to attend.

Scholarship applications close on Friday
The Asia-Pacific region is offering a limited number of scholarships (value $US500) to members in the region. The purpose of the scholarships is to encourage Asia-Pacific members to participate more fully in the Regional Leadership Institute, and to enhance professional development in the region.
Evaluation of applications will take into consideration both financial need and merit (including Gold Quill Award participation.) To this end, please provide an appropriate level of context and detail in your responses. Funds will be reimbursed to recipients’ bank accounts by wire transfer after the LI.

Application deadline: Friday 30 October 2015. We will advise the results within the following week.

Exam Registration Closes 31 October
The Leadership Institute coincides with the GCCC Certification Examination on Friday 27th November, to enable maximum participation from developing communication leaders in the region. Applications for the Certification Exam close on 31 October.
