Learn. Grow. Connect.
IABC APAC is the perfect place for communicators to get connected with like minded individuals, whilst spurring their personal development.
Why volunteer?
Volunteering gives you the chance to learn valuable skills whilst being mentored by other professionals. But don’t just take our word for it – below is what other IABC volunteers have to say.

Ways to volunteer in IABC
Whether you are looking to share your knowledge on the free webinar series we host, or are looking to join the FUSION Regional Conference as a speaker, we are always on the lookout for speakers.
Get in touch with our Director of Professional Development for more information.
Every year, IABC APAC organises and hosts the FUSION Regional Conference in cities around the Asia Pacific. This conference would not be possible without the group of dedicated individuals who come together to make it a success.
Whether your strengths lie in Sponsorships, Social Media, Event Planning or Programme Planning, we could use your help!
Get in touch with our Director of Conference for more information.
IABC members in good standing are encouraged to nominate themselves to join the IABC APAC board. The nomination process generally starts in April/May of each year, culminating in the IABC APAC Annual General Meeting in June.
If you are interested in serving on the Board next year, please reach out to the Vice Chair for more information.
If you are looking to volunteer with a local chapter but are unsure as to where to start, our IABC Board Members would be happy to connect you to chapter leaders.
Chapters generally have a variety of opportunities available – from event organising to handling social media postings. Get in touch with us and let us know where you are based and how you would like to serve.
IABC has several task forces and committees at the international level. These cover a range of areas from the Ethics Committee to the World Conference Program Advisory Committee. For more information, click here.
