Help you define, source, and share the stories that shape your company culture and enable conversations that drive productivity and success.

About this event

With the pandemic shifting how, when and where we work, it’s more important than ever for strategic communications professionals to build channels that encourage employee connection and collaboration, and bring your company culture to life in an increasingly digital environment.

This interactive workshop is valuable to all communication professionals and is designed to arm you with tools to help you define, source, and share the stories that shape your company culture and enable each individual to contribute to the important conversations that drive productivity and success.

In this session Joy will cover how to:

▪ Enable more effective decision-making, collaboration and growth by developing a culture of visibility and recognition

▪ Cultivate inclusion and innovation by intentionally creating channels that elevate diverse voices from across your business

▪ Create sustainable communication rhythms that improve the information flow across your business while taking pressure off communication team members to generate content

▪ Capture employee sentiments and use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide ongoing communication strategies
