The Asia-Pacific (APAC) region has once again shone on the global stage, demonstrating its status as a powerhouse in professional communication.

In the 2026 IABC Gold Quill Awards, our region secured an impressive 25 wins from 98 regional entries—a result that highlights the immense talent and strategic rigour found in our corner of the world.

The Philippines led the charge with an outstanding 18 awards, followed by Australia with four, New Zealand with two, and Singapore with one. These projects weren't just about creativity; they were judged against the rigorous IABC Global Standard, which demands clear strategic alignment, innovative execution, and measurable impact.

From the internal digital transformation at NBN Co Australia to the community-centred planning of New Zealand’s Great Scott, our winners have shown that effective communication is essential to organisational success. Whether through social media, employee engagement, or creative design, these projects represent the pinnacle of professional achievement and prove that APAC communicators are leading the way in global best practice.

We are incredibly proud to see this work recognised internationally. To learn more about the standards and categories, visit the IABC Gold Quill website.
