This is a call to serve and lead.

The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) APAC Region Board is seeking nominations for board officer and director positions for the 2025-2026 term.

These positions play a crucial role in supporting the health and growth of the region’s chapters, guiding the professional development of members, shaping the future of IABC and the profession, and implementing the association’s strategic plan.

Board officer positions are held for one year, while the Director’s tenure is two years (or one year if the nominee is being re-nominated).

Eligible candidates are IABC members in good standing based in the Asia Pacific Region. Self-nomination is encouraged.

The IABC APAC Region encompasses all countries and territories in Asia, Oceania, and the Pacific, excluding those in other IABC regions.

The following board officer positions are open for nomination:

– Treasurer
– Secretary

The following director nominations are open for the following portfolios:

– Awards & Recognition
– Certification
– Education and Programs
– Brand and Communications Directors (2 roles)
– Partnerships and Business Development
– Technology
